MacTech provides quarterly and annual maintenance contracts for IT support. Maintenace Contracts are the preferred method by most of customers when it comes to the maintenance of their systems, as it ensures that they will get best qualified professionals and provide them with certainty regarding the IT expenses and budgets. MacTech’s maintenance contracts are flexible, and can be tailored to the different needs of customers. Our basic contracts cover the following services:
  • Regular visits by our qualified services engineers for the performance of preventative maintenance.
  • Additional visits on-call.
  • Provision of replacement or new hardware.
  • Cover for all parts, labour and expenses for all your IT equipment, including standard keyboard and mice wear & tear.
  • Provisions of printers and monitors on loan if they need to be replaced or repaired.
In addition we guarantee the following for all of our maintenance contracts customers:
  • Email problems and file server failures are given an immediate response.
  • 80 % of issues are resolved within 4 hours of notification.
  • 98 % of issues requiring an engineer's visit are fixed on the first visit.
